How to Log In to Your U2C Mobile Account

Getting a "can't sign in" moment? No worries-we've got you.
Quick fix: First log out of the U2C Mobile app, then sign back in with email + password. If you don't have a password yet (or forgot it), just reset it and use the new one in the app or on the web.
The 60 Second Fix
Open the U2C Mobile app. U2C Mobile App.

Tap
Menu (=) Log Out and confirm.

On the signin screen, enter your
Email and Password --- Log In.
No password / forgot it? Tap Forgot password --- enter your email

Open the
"Reset your U2C Mobile password" email and
create a new password.

Come back and sign in with your
email + new password (works on app and web)
Why log out first? If your previous session expired or got stuck, logging out gives you a clean slate so your new password works right away.
Sign In on the App (iOS & Android)
Open U2C Mobile

If you're already signed in or see an error,
Log Our first.

Enter
Enter and Password --- Log In.

Need a password? Tap
Forgot password, follow the email, then return and sign
Sign In on the Web (Desktop or Phone Browser)

Click
Sign In, enter
Email and Password, and you're in.

If you don't have a password yet, click
Forgot password, set one up, then log in.
Didn't Get the Reset Email?

Check
Spam/Junk and All Mail.

Search your inbox for
"U2C".

Make sure you typed the same
signup email.

Wait a minute or two, then click
Resend.

Still nothing? Add
support@u2cmobile.com to contacts and try again.
Common Gotchas (and Easy Wins)
"Account not found" --- Try any other email you may have used at signup.
Reset link expired --- Request a fresh link and open it right away.
App feels stuck --- Foreclose the app and reopen, or update to the latest version from the
App Store / Google Play.
Use Apple/Google signin? Continue with the
same method. You can also set a password via
Forgot password using that same email.
